Hi Sushma lower back pain is quite common during pregnancy what you can do to ease is to sit with your legs stretched out and apart from that try keeping a cushion to support your back.

Hi, I faced the same problem during my pregnancy... I used to keep my feet elevated on a small stool below my cubicle in office and a nice soft cushion for back support... You may try the same... Hot water bags etc can also be used if they help u.... If its really bad do consult your gyneac

Hi sushma .. Back pain is quite normal during pregnancy. And it may increase going forward. You can start doing some exercises from 14 weeks onwards.

Hi, keep a watch on ur sleeping posture also, dont sleep straight on ur back. During pregnancy u always have to sleep turning left side n fold ur knees little bit n keep soft pillow or cushion between ur legs. This position is best duringpregnancy n very relaxing also.

Hi Sushma.. lower back pains are quite normal but you sitting for a long time could elevate them.. Try to take a short walk after a few hrs of sitting.. Don't sit in one position for too long.. Make sure your chair is comfortable, use an extra cushion if you have to. And if possible try and lie down in between for a few mins during ur lunch break or so.. Hope this helps!
