hi my baby is 1year 10months old. want to know how to prevent him from Summer heat as we r going on vacation

carry cap to cover head, lot of fluids, with juices, coconut water is really good just like ram baa, add curd in his diet..

give lots of liquid and carry absorb powder for protecting skin from rashes

is coconut water is good for a 1 and half year baby. ..also the ORS water...

my daughter had coconut water first time when she was 8 month old. believe me if ur child like it n not allergic to it .. then it's really good .. for them . start it with 1 or 2 sip of coconut water ..
