hi actually i want to know how we can care our children in summer at home regarding food as their is lot of hot outside so what we should provide food for kids which make them being healthy and sound

hi Shan Mirza ! u could try seasonal fruits like watermelon, Cantaloupe, grapes, kiwi, muskmelon etc. u could cut these fruits in attractive shapes such as heart and a leaf. or u could try making there smoothies or fruit punch etc or even fruit custard. try giving seasonal vegetables as well such as Tori, tinda , lauki which might seem boring but can be made interesting. try making these in different innovative ways to make it please child's taste buds. hope this helps!
