supplements of breast milk

hi , I have a 3 and half month old baby , I have to rejoin my office from July onwards.. so plz suggest me to provide substitute of breast milk... right now I m giving only breast milk... my pediatrician suggest me to give milk powder prescribed by him.... he has strictly told me not to give cow milk or Sanchi milk.... so what to do...

yea he is correct no cow's milk till 1yr... u can give formula milk as prescribed by Ur doctor n also express Ur milk.. start solid food after 6months not before that...

y kavitha ur choosing substitute for bf is nt ur milk sufficient to baby???? if u r going to office u can store milk and feed ur baby

hi Trinayani, office hours is too long well I will try to come in between. but if I couldn't come then there should be a substitute for breast milk... well I will definitely store breast milk in fridge . but in case of emergency or lacking there must be a substitute...
