Hi Ashis, swine flue vaccination can cause mild side effects like soreness, redness, or swelling at the injection site. A low-grade fever and aches are also possible. Very rarely, the flu vaccine can cause a severe allergic reaction. But dont worry this will be only for 1-2 days. At the time of vaccination ask your doctor about every details like what to do if there are swelling, fever or other side effects, how to cure and what to give, how to take care. Hope and pray that your baby may not suffer from any side effects.
