Hi Mommies My daughter is 12. 5months old now and I wanted to know if I can switch from formula milk to the regular milk? I am not very convinced with the cow's milk quality in Gurgaon and I would rather prefer to start with Amul milk that we consume at home for us. Should I start with full cream or low fat variant? Do you know of any cow's milk brand in Gurgaon? Thanks

Hi Mekhla, If the weight of the child ok, you can start with full cream milk provided she can tolerate it. In case you have a doubt about its digestibility, start with toned and gradually move to full cream. Hope this helps

Hi Rashi, I have given amul's double toned milk to my son. I added few granules of sugar and he just loved that. and after 6 months i switched to toned milk.

Hi Mekhla. As far as i have used TRU MILK is a good brand (you can research on it) that is available in Le Marche. Next comes Amul. You may start with Toned version of either of this.

Thank you Yamuna, Rashi and Nikita. I have started with replacing one milk feed of Formula with Amul Toned and I plan to gradually replace others.
