talk back and not obeying

my 6years old boy child always talk back or argu with us if we told not to do particular job. sometime he didn't listen to us. we both are working parents. duty hours (10am to 7. 30pm). we use behaviour chart and listen lots of moral story but it didn't work permanently.

hi Dipika Sarkar ! }may be he is doing this to seek your attention.. u could give attention when he does positive things and behave well.. praise him and hug him often. and ignore his mistakes.. avoid scolding him.. spend quality time with him. keep telling him'we r proud of u', ' u r special to us', 'when he behaves well.. on the other hand if does a small mistake avoid giving attention. please go through the link given below . hope u would find it useful!Hey!
