talking problem with my 2 year old boy

my child is two year and two month old... when he is talking , we cannot understand what he is talking. 6 to 7 words he talk clear..... but most of the times he is mabbling... how can i improve his talking? everyone ask him he is two year old still he is not talking , i feel very bad. what is solution for that?please help me in this issue. My son is two year and eight months old, and i also have a same problem. he also cannot talk properly. He imitates most of the words but cannot make sentences,he speaks max 2-3 words at a time. I feel very bad for him when i saw kids of his age speaking fluently. I had also arranged speech therapies for him,but still not full improvement have been seen although he started talking most of the words but not full sentences. I have one more child who is 1 year old. He do not well behave with his younger brother also and used to hits him sometimes. Due to his inabilty to speak he screams a lot without any reason. As a mother i am very worried for his nature. please suggest what should i do.
