hi my son has started talking after 2yrs & 6m,because he has tongue tie, so please check this thing also and another thing most of the kids started talking when they go to school. they learn easily over there. so don't worry for this.

my daughter is 3yr now. I too was tense when I started comparing her to my neighbour kids who are younger then her.. talking . But don't worry if it is not medical condition then it is surroundings conditions. we both work so we had very little conversation with her which I ignore first... when she delayed in talking then I analysed she picked most of the words from her favourite cartoon channels... now she speak few words in English from cartoon channels... so its depend on how many people are there in family.. if grandparents are there then we'll and good. they don't understand first but we have to keep conversation continue with kids that's how they learn.. slowly and steady..
