Thumb sucking-4months boy

My baby is 4. 5months old & has developed a bad habbit of sucking thumb. The problem is that even when he is fed he wants to suck thumb & fingers badly.. I tried getting soother for him but he is not accepting it. Pls help. I m really scared because this can spoil his denture and also the shape of his thumb.. Worried Mother Reena
