thumb sucking problem for my 1 yr old daughter

hi, my daughter is 1 yr old she has a habit of thumb sucking . I am worrying about her face and teeth I think it will look ugly after some time .whenever she feel sleepy and lazy she start sucking her thumb if I try to remove she starts crying sometime in night between of her sleep also she sucks her thumb I am worrying about her thumb also .plz suggest me some ideas about it even she stops breast feeding also if she starts sucking her thumb.
