my child is interested in junk food only. if I give him roti sabji he doesn't eat it properly. he comes back without eating the tiffin.

hi Pinky ! there are many other options other than roti sabji which are nutritious. u could make home made pizza, upma, poha, vermicelli, pancakes, waffles, sandwiches , dosa, uttapam, paranthas , chillas, idli, sushi, and add finely chopped veggies to all these options. u can also try biryani , pulao, matar kulcha, etc . the only cautions is since these have to be packed for tiffin, so u need to be prepared with most of the preparations the previous day due to time constraints. hope this helps !
