to loose weight

hi all.. i am a mother of eight months old baby. i have gained almost 10kgs post delivery. mine was a normal delivery. since i am working,i have another child to care of and i live in a nuclear family, i hardly get any time to workout,exercise or yoga. please suggest how can i loose weight?

Hi neha, my case is just like. Normal delivery, 8m baby, working. I have still to reduce 8kg. I had done and still doing some changes in my diet like morning breakfast like oats or cornflakes, one fruit daily, lunch simple. No oily or sweet (totally avoiding is not possible, but just reduce it). Hope any of this scenario helps. Reduce tea or coffee intake (if you take), as tea has lots of calories.
