toddler hit on head. need immediate advise..

Hi, My daughter is 2 yrs old. an hour ago while she was playing, another kid hit her in a bicycle . my daughter fell on ground on her back and her head was hit... she was crying for about 20 min , had a little vomiting and was drowsy and slept. Are these symptoms normal ?? am really worried.. pls advise ASAP..
