Toilet training for my daughter.

Hi all, my daughter is 4 year old. She is still not saying she wants go to restroom for the defecation. we tried our best to give her potty training. but she is still hesitant only about saying, she wants to go to toilet. she tells us that, she wants to go to restroom for passing urine. is there way we can train her so that she will go to restroom by herself or at least she let us know or her teacher that she wants to go to restroom for toilet. please help.
