I think we can't force kids to learn anything. We need to wait till appreciate time comes. In meanwhile we can continue to put our efforts slowly and steadily. Eg, In case any member of the family wants to go for pee or poor, he / she should loudly say that and then go to washroom. I know it's seems weird but kids when hear that other members are using bathroom for pee/poo, they also do the same. They actually copy each and everything. Secondly, we should make weard faces / OR say shame shame (discourage) if kid pee or poo any where, that will make kid realise that he is doing something wrong. We can also take kid to bathroom after every 2-3 hrs. Hope it works for you.. All the best.

hi, u can take ur son to the washroom every 2 hrs and for potty after he drinks milk in the morning make him sit in the potty chair or in the washroom . you follow this for a week or 10 days the child will come into the routine. I did the same for my son.

hi oindrila, I agree to poonkhuzali, u need to take ur child to the toilet in every few hours. specially after waking up or before going to bed. after having plenty of water. slowly n gradually he will understand the feeling. my 1. 7 year daughter goes to the washroom by herself as I tried this.
