hi Pragati! look for the positive part and praise her for that . she completes her work faster, that means she concentrates better than her counterparts. u could tell her by praising her , since she is a bright child and works faster, she can with the permission of her teacher read a story book silently, or read next chapter of her text book . Pragati sometimes by reframing our sentences and then addressing the problem area or in other words focusing on her strengths and then giving her options how she could strengthen it further would motivate the child to do better .hope this helps!
