You can take along some quick cereals, Gerber cans for instant food, cookies, while booking you can request for meal for infant for fresh fruits .. i guess u can mention even specific foods such as banana. You can carry some packed puddings. Along with food, you may prefer to take few other things along ... medicines like crocin, nappies, wipes, if your baby is on formula milk then electric kettle and definitely his favorite toys to keep him busy for some time.

Hi Tithi. It is completely safe to travel with your 18 month old in a long haul flight. 1. For the journey, you may carry some Nido milk powder or any other milk powder suitable for toddlers. You can ask the cabin crew for some warm water to mix with the milk powder. You could also try taking along a few tetra pack milk packets (e. g Goodlife 200ml) for the journey. But it would be a good idea to give your son the new milk a few days before you travel to watch out for any reactions. 2. Please carry his medicines for cold, cough, fever etc. 3 In most European countries, including France, people use tap water as drinking water. The water is safe even for children. If you prefer to use bottled water especially for your son, you could buy brands such as Evian or Vittel. 4. You could also carry some of his favourite snacks-biscuits, chips, chocolates etc for the trip. They really come handy when travelling and especially when you cant manage to have a meal on time. 5. When eating out, you could use your discretion on what to feed him. Fast Food is always there, but French food is quite healthy. Your son may enjoy eating some baked dish with bread :)5. You can always ask the hotel staff for warm milk and warm water (most rooms have an electric kettle) for your son.
