Hi. I'm a mother of twin girls who will be turning 1 year Old on Jan 31. I feed them often in a 24hr period. In daytime twice or thrice while at night I feeding them to sleep n whenever they wake. I'm a diabetic patient so my family members are concerned about me and advising me to stop breast feeding which is possible for me during daytime but gets difficult at nights. sometimes when my feed is insufficient I give them formula Milk which they avoid it and want only my feed. how to reduce night time feedings please help

Hi Vigneshwari, understanding your family's concern for you. I would suggest that whenever you want to start weaning process do it gradually else it will affect your insulin levels. Also, add more calcium in your diet
