My daughter is now 13 months old but her weight is 6. 7 kgs. Her birth weight was 2. 5kgs. I give her 1 banana and 1 mango daily. She has ragi porridge with dry fruits in breakfast everyday. In lunch she takes 1 roti dal and 3 table spoon dal rice veggies. After 11 hour of lunch I give her around 70 ml milk then in snacks she takes paratha or rava idli or something heavy. Then in the evening she takes few raisins and 1 fig. In the dinner she again takes 1 roti and veggie and before sleep around 70-80 ml milk. Please let me know if the daily diet which I follow is correct or not. Also I need to know how much milk is to be given daily. I heard that to increase weight Sandhu Shatavri powder is to be given.. Can I give her?

Hi Preeti she is very active and not at all cranky. She even sleeps well. Only concern is her weight as everyone around me shows concern it makes me all the more frustrated and concerned.
