actually she is very choosy in eating. I give her half cup of milk in the morning but she never finish. then after 2 hrs she takes very little breakfast whatever is made. after that directly on lunch time she takes half chapatti / 1 small bowl rice with daal (only touches). after 2 hrs I give her small cup of milk which she seldom finishes. In the evening she takes a fruit if she likes. otherwise direct on dinner again half chapatti aur paratha. when sleeping she takes half cup milk again forcefully... Is this information enough for u?

Shiksha Jain thanks for sharing her diet plan.. it answers my query.. please add variety to her diet.. u can make meal time happy family time. serve meals in an interesting manner ,make shapes or designs with it.. also add vegetables, dals, non veg, fish, cheese , paneer , fruits to her diet.. by giving twists to dishes or in hidden form. avoid force feeding.. here is a blog u would find useful. https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/fussy-eater-dont-worry-follow-these-basic-diet-rules/2674?ptref=sa0l0000j66022a

some kids have a small appetite and whats imp is that they are active. smaller and frequent meals which are well balanced may help. my son too (who's 6 now) was always lean and ate less but that's not necessarily bad. the one think i did do is that i gave him a body massage with johnson oil and cool baths twice a day. that way his consumption for big meals like a bfast/ dinner became better.

That's the problem every parent facing. My son is five years old and he's also underweight and doesn't like milk. but now I'm using Pediasure and I wonder how he finishes his glass of milk in a minute. it's a good milk supplement with all 37 nutrients. Really very good for underweight kids. it helps in gaining height and weight. You can try it and result would be best.
