My paed said no daal ka paani or rice water or juices. It has zero calories plus will lead to gas. You can start with rice and moong. Cook it properly and mashed with spoon properly. Or what I did was wash and dry rice and moong in 2:1 ratio, dry roast it , powder coarsely. Cook with double quantity of water. You can start with fruits also. My doc said fruit should be super ripe, mash and offer. Ragi also is a good option. You can start with vegetables also.

start with khicadi in liquid form moong dal n rice smashed n well cooked also trying giving banana.. so not introduce to may food .. follow 3 days test to chk for any allergy. also u can wash dry n ground dal n rice in powder form n use that to make khicadi. add double d water
