Neetu aisa pregnancy mai hona common hai due to hormonal changes. Aap identify karyein, kin food items ya cheez se apko aisi feeling hoti hai and unhe avoid karyein. Night mai dinner around 7 pm le lijiye and light diet lijiye. Jyada heavy, fried, junk, spicy, bahar ka ya ready to eats avoid karyein. Hydration maintain rakhey and khaney ke baad ek dum bed par nahi letey. Kirpya is blog ko padhiye aapko madad milegi. Aap diet mai fiber add karyein and khatta aur theeka ,spicy khana avoid karyein, jaise ki tomatoes , acchar, fried food ,chutney etc.
