hi am breastfeeding ma 4 months baby.. I am suffering from vomiting nd loose motion since last nyt due to indigestion. any home remedies ? I don't wanna take tabs since am breastfeeding.. plz suggesr

Hi Preethi, have lots of water and juices. take light foods like khichdi or daliya. keep yourself hydrated. you can also have dahi. take care of yourself as you are breastfeeding.
