Vomits even after milk

My 7 months old baby is suffering from cold cough and feaver.. I m giving him meftagesic-p and sinarest -af as oral and saline water as per doctrs pescription.. But he vomits al the time whenever eats anything even when he takes breast milk and water also... Pls help me what can i do

Jus keep baby hydrated . ...don't worry it happens.. Be patient... Baby vil recover soon.... u can even do home remedy.. dat is take 7-8leaves of tulsi,lil bit jaggery,lil bit ginger,lil bit ajwain,punch of turmeric powder n 1 garlic.. Boil all this in 1 glass of water. ...n keep feeding dis water to baby in regular intervals, it will help baby to get rid of cold n cough.. n it works.. .it had worked for my baby

N for fever take a bowl of water which vil be room temperature add pinch of salt and 2 drops of nilgiri oil... take a cloth wet dat cloth in dat bowl of water squeeze out water n keep dat cloth on baby forehead cen baby sleeps... it vil reduce fever n also help baby of congestion in nose as nilgiri vil help baby to breadth.... It works as well... good luck.. hope it will b helpful to u as well

S u can... BT if u want u can confirm vit any elderly women in ur family.. My mom suggested dis.. n it had worked.. even wen d doctors course of medicine WS over,I continued vit dis home remedy for an extra week... jus 1 spoon of dat water around 5-6 times a day..
