how to wake up kids in yhe morning. i almost tried all methods, singing songs, playing his fav songs, making some fun, with love, dropping water, tickling, and many more... nothing seems working.. even some times shouting. used to tell good things about getting up early, bad things abt getting up late. taught him exercises for morning, yoga too.. my kid is 5. 9yrs old. any more ideas?

hi Jeevan ! make his schedule in such a way that he sleeps by 8 so that he could wake up early. also u could on your own without waking him up, switch the lights on and be ready in sports wear and along with other members . if he wakes up then fine , otherwise leave the home and be around. I am sure seeing his entire family participate in it, he would not be able to resist for long. hope this will work..

Jeevan consideing the number of hours he will be awake and no. of hours he should sleep ,its not early at all. ideally he should sleep for 10-11 hours, to feel fresh and have an active mind .
