Hi Shruti congratulations for your pregnancy :) First of all diet should be healthy, so add vegetables, fresh fruits avoid papaya and pineapple as it causes problems,soaked dryfruits, milk and milk products in your diet. Avoid caffeine, junk food, oily food, spices etc. Drink lots of water atleast 2 to 3 liters. Go for regular checkups with your gynecologist. Take rest while you feel tired, avoid taking stress,avoid bending, have small meals throughout the day.
