want to wean off my baby.. he is 2yrs old.. but day by day his behavior is getting very bad.. too much worried.. plz help..

hii.. my baby is 2 yrs & he is still breast fed.. I m trying since long to make him wean off but day by day he is getting more & more addicted.. now he cries , scream , hurt himself by stamping his head on wall & also hit & scratch me or whosoever is in front of him.. I m not able to understand his behavior & also I Hv tried a lot many things but he is addicted for my bf... he sleeps when he feed otherwise he don't sleep & get irritated all time.. please help me out.. I m really really worried.. ,
