rahma fatima aap bacchey ko marey nahi, issey woh jiddi ban jayega. pyaar se samjhayein. Uski saath waqt bitayein, khelnein, padhayein, school Mai Kya hua pucche. jitna aap usko waqt denge ,Pyaar se baat karenge, galey lagayenge, utna woh aapko baat sunega.

Apki 3 maheenay ki bachi ko nahi pata k kon ussay kitna pyar kar raha hai lekin ap ka beta sensible hai tau sab ko chahye k usko ziada attention dain appreciate karain uske behaviour main bht change aye ga .. baqi zidd man'nay se bacha or ziddi hota hai ap technically handle karain .. uska mind kisi or attractive chez pe divert kr dain wo krna chor di ga .

Isliye bhi kuch bacchon ka wajan nahi badta kyunki woh khel Mai sari energy laga detey hai. aap bacchey ki diet Mai week Mai 4-5 eggs, non veg, fish,home made paneer, seasonal fruits and vegetables add karey.
