Weight gain

Hi... I was 60kg when i convinced with PCOD but naturally. Its my 24th week. How much weight should I gain for normal delivery as well healthy baby. Today I checked my weight it was 65kg. Is it correct or lot of weight. Please help.

Helo Sweta there is no correlation between weight gain and normal delivery. You have to eat healthy foods and maintain good health to have normal delivery and proper growth of baby in the womb. Go for walking. Walking helps for normal delivery. Based on your doctors advice you can eat and doctor will tell you how much weight you should gain. Believe in your body that you can give vaginal birth that is enough
