hi my daughter is 6years old n from last 7to8 months shez gaining weight rapidly. she dnt hv stamina for walking and running. evn she dnt eat much and i avoid junk food also. m worried about her health. kindly help

her weight is round 25kg. in the morning i give her a glass of milk, in tiffin any seasonal fruit with one prantha. when she came back i give two chapattis (she may eat one). smtimes i give her buttermilk n smtimes sweetened curd.. in the evening a glass of milk. at night chapati with daal or vegetable. if needed then milk

hi Puneet!thanks for replying!please cut down on her intake of sugar and fats. also try giving a spoon of honey instead of sugar in milk. her daily intake seems to be fine. just add one or two more serving of fruits. involve her in a moderately active plan , take her for cycling, skating or any activity of her choice. also please ensure there is a gap of minimum one hour between meal time and sleep. how this will be of help to u!
