weight gain

hi my baby is 3 yearold. she is a active child but i want her to gain little weight. her weight is only 14 kg. wat should i do. pls sugest some food for weight gain.

hi Renu Singh ! add whole milk,paneer, cheese, tofu, ,soyabean, fruits like sapota, mango, sweet, pear and vegetables like potato, sweet potato, yam , beans to her diet. a generous serving of ghee, butter, would also add weight. here is a blog which might be of help to u!Hey!
