My son is 3 years old. not gaining proper weight and height acc to his age.. and in every 2 hours im giving him something diff diff foods fruits to him. buy fail. pls suggest me a good weight diet chart acc to a days.

hi Swati Dhyani ! please try and add whole milk, paneer, cheese,soyabean, ghee , butter, tofu, nuts, seeds, dry fruits , fruits, vegetables, eggs, chicken, fish etc here is a blog on 7 essentials of a balanced diet . pleaee go through it.
