weight issue

Hi All, My daughter is 2 year old, her weight is 9. 5 n i think that her height is also Less than the standardised height. Her diet plan is- 1/2 glass whole milk in the morning 1 Banana after 2 hr stuffed Partha with ketchup Dalia after 2 hr sleep one fruit either mausmi, Gauava, banana, apple, etc biscuit Roti with sabji milk Dalia with dry fruits she is active enough but her weight is increasing at a very slow rate. plz suggest what should I add on to her diet.
