weight loss after cesearean is a little tricky as you cannot start working out immediately after delivery. But its not impossible. As you have completed 1 month you may start small walks inside your house and do normal chores. After your baby turns 3 months you may start regular walking, cycling etc. The most important factor is controlling your diet. Eat healthy by including sufficient veggies and protien. Do not consume excess fats. Use ghee instead of oils. Also keep breastfeeding. It is not only healthy for your kid but also helps you burn upto 500calories a day
