I'm 21 days old mommy. i gained 30 kgs at d time of pregnancy and after delivery i reduced only 5 kgs. now I'm 78 kgs, before pregnancy i was 54. I'm very tensed. please give me suggestions,when to start and what to start nd how to loose weight fast. please help

Hi Divya! Go slow . Only after a green signal from yr doc start exercise and walk. Do not lie down immediately after having meals. reduce intake of sugar, salt, oil and fatty food. as of now please focus on breastfeeding ur baby as he needs yr milk for boosting his immunity levels.

Helo Divya now for the time being you concentrate on breastfeeding your baby properly. As your breastfeeding that itself helps in reducing your weight. Dont get stressed as weight gain is normal during pregnancy. make sure that you have small 4 or 5 meals a day. And avoid oil or fried items. For snacks you can have badam, cashews etc. Dont have fruit juices again you will gain weight as it have glucose, fructose. Instead of juice you can have soup. For starting excercise you can ask your doctor. Once doctor ask you to start you can do excercise, walking, jogging. Its not a big deal to reduce weight. So dont get stressed or sad thinking your weight. Now you have to enjoy your breastfeeding journey. You wont get this time again.
