My baby is 3yrs 11month old. But her weight is 14kg. What is the perfect food for her to increase her weight ? How can she get a healthy body?

You can add whole grain cereals, like ragi, dalia, oats, barley ,jowar, etc. Roasted seeds and nuts powder , eggs, non veg, fish, home made paneer, seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables etc. serve meals with family members so that the child learns to eat by imitating others.
