hello my baby is 12 month n 8 kg in wght. in last 4 month her weight increased only 1 kg. I her khichdi,dalia,dry powder of nuts poha etc. but she is very thin. one more problem with her is that she swet a lot in winter season as well as in ac room also.

Daal.. Khichdi. Daliya.. Suji kheer. Oats daliya.. Gajar.. Palak puree.. Papaya. Apple.. Musk melo.. Chiku.. Veg khichdi. Add a small tsp ghee in every meal. Mashed banana.. Mashed potato.. Ragi.

His weight is good. Intro h to solid aftr 1 yr(once he gets teeth to chew) .. Till semi solid or loose diet.

hii my baby 6 month old his weight is 7. 780kg that's good and I want to give him solid food which are good for him

Some babies sweat more then others. Every baby is different from each other. .. Just make sure he intake sufficient water or juice or any liquid he likes. Nothing to worry about sweat.

Once baby start crawl or walk or standing... They sometimes dont gain weight as they were before bcz now the food is consuming into that... Also during teeth phase babies loose weight. Try to increase her feed like 3 solid and 3-4 milk.. Give baby mashed banana. Potato. Sweet potato.. Sprout moong dal puree.. It helps in weight but if baby is active and playing well.. Then not to worry about weight too much.
