my son is 2 and half years old.. his weight is not gaining.. he is only 11 . 10 kg... even he doesn't eat food properly.. what should I have to do?? plz suggest

hi Manjyot! please add whole milk, fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, ghee, tofu, cheese, paneer, nuts , dry fruits to his diet. Manjyot think of innovative methods to sneak in healthy ingredient in his diet plan.. such as finely chopping fruits and vegetables and adding to dishes.. or u could make pancakes, pasta and cupcakes, fruit Chaat and add to those. here is a blog which u might find useful!Hey!
