hi my child is 2yrs old. he is not gaining weight eventhough he is having food correctly. i dont know wat to do

Hello Niharika, if your child is active and playful please then do not worry too much. 1)try to include potatoes, eggs, milk, various daal, butter/ghee, bananas, ragi, dry fruits in his diet chart. 2) make him drink water, juice etc for regular bowl movement resulting feeling of hunger 3) engage him to lots of physical activities. His digestion process will improve. 4) give him nutritious but tasty food.
