My 2-year old daughter loves fruit... so her tiffin snack are fruits that don't go bad easily such as grapes and oranges.

My elder one loves home made frankies, prepared by stuffing leftover vegetable in wholewheat chapatis while the younger one likes fruit salad. Add a dash of lemon juice to keep the salad fresh. And I make sure to add a surprise goodie like a chocolate or muffin in the tiffin, once a while.

My 5-year old son loves stuffed parantha rolls with Chinese vegetable filling. I spread pizza sauce on a parantha, put sauteed vegetables and roll them up.

My 4yr old son loves to take gram flour pancakes/besan chila. I make small ones, add grated carrot/beetroot/potato to it and spread ketchup. He enjoys it, and calls it yellow dosa. :)

My son has come to like yellow rice a lot. I add potatoes or flavor and try to add soya nuggets whenever I can, without him noticing :)
