what kind of supplements should i take in 31 weeks pregnancy??

Can anyone guide me about intake and diet to follow during these days

Eat in small intervals and healthy stuff. Avoid outside food as much as you can, as you might not know what could be a carrier of germs. Having a balance amount of fluids, fruits should do good .

avoid Chinese food altogether and street food. eat whatever you feel like eating other than these!.

Hi Alisha, . Opt for eating small, frequent meals, every two to four hours during the day. Include lots of fluids wheather it is water, juices, dahi, lassi, milk . Start dry fruits, sprouts, salads, lots of green vegetables and fruits. Dont forget to take a glass of milk at bed time.
