you should have green veggies, iron and a protein/minerals rich diet. but also more importantly, you should continue to express feed for your child and that will keep improving your breastfeeding.

hi afreen! please ensure that u r drinking plenty of fluids, before, after and during feeding. be stress-free as it is very important for breastfeeding. ensure that your baby latches on properly (the child should be suckling on the entire areola and not just on the nipple). try having galactagogues such as saunf, jeera, ajwain. boil them in water and consume that water, or simply mix and grind these to make a churan of sorts. have these in moderation.. eat enough cereals, milk and milk products, dry fruits, and green leafy vegetables.

try milk tea... helps in increasing bm, it has that sweet fennel n fenugreek essence. you feel sorted and relaxed and it has an amazing lactation benefits too, with all d ingredients supporting feeding

use mama's milk plus.... it is safe and effective combination of herbs.... it is very helpful to increase milk supply.....
