Well i still believe that all these food items are edible and there is no harm. I ate almost everything. Except gas producing food items. You can have cooked foods. Sometimes in fruits all believe that it is cold item and mom will catch cold. Try various other food items like oats, daliya, milk in your diet. Drink plenty of water.

you can eat anything, that is not spicy and doesn't produce gas, but most importantly drink plenty of water

hi.. am a mother to 53days old lil princess... even my mom gives me food on restrictions... but the ultimate point is it will make u feed ur baby easily and adequately. it will also heal the wound caused due to delivery (both normal and c-section) . it is not long.. if its a baby girl 6 months of restrictions... post that they start food (smashed food) so our milk will be secondary and not primary anymore in that case we will start having normal food... I have seen food restrictions done to all my family women folk
