walnuts

Nuts, Walnuts, almonds, avocado, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato. All of these help in brain development in children. Also it's always better to give all types dry fruits, fruits and vegetables to them for overall development (do not give too much of nuts and dry fruits as it causes indigestion problem)

DHA having important role for brain and nervous system development also helps in cognitive functioning in human. fish is best source it's also in almond (mamro) and walnut. do not give bornvita or Horlicks etc as the have low DHA there are high sugar n coco powder in it
