It should not be so. are there any signs and symptoms wherein he is not able to turn his face towards sides or he feels pain while doing that ? If not, do not worry. however if u still have doubts please do consult your doctor .

Helo swati baby's head will be only held at 4 or 5 months. For some babies even head is held at 6months. Whenever you take baby make sure you held baby's head thats for support for the head. Dont have to do anything. It will be okay when baby is ready. For different baby's it differs

Hi @swati! It's too early for the baby to hold her head. Babies properly hold their head between 4 to 6 months. Please Give proper support to your baby from the neck while holding her. Wait till the time she is ready for it.
