When my baby will talk well

Hi my son is 1yr 10 months old. Still he speaks only 2 or 3 words only like mumma and papa. He is very active but he does not focus on anything i like to make him learn like body parts and letters. I am very much confused that what should i do to make him recognising the things and help him to speak well. Plz suggest...
