when to introduce cow milk

hi Preeti Thakur ! u can introduce cow's milk after ur baby is one year old. u can make dishes with formula milk like suji kheer, oats, etc.

can I boil prepared formula milk? he doesn't like the taste at all of formula milk. I have tried mixing it with Suji. adding sugar is also not healthy I guess.

u can cook rice or suji and add freshly prepared formula milk to it.. avoid reheating formula milk but u can warm the kheer by keeping it in a bowl of hot water.

Baby must continue for two years on moms milks afterwards you can introduce cows milk.

see there's no proven research that you can't give cow's milk. there's a pdf by whoo which shows that cow and buffalo milk is the substitute of human milk. now more important is that your baby does not remain hungry. i guess thats not justice with him.
