Hi Syed !if your baby is below 6 months,it is advisable to exclusively breastfeed him. Breastfeed can be continued till two years of age however if you wish to add formula milk to your baby's diet it can be introduced after 6 months of age along with semi solid food. After one year u could give cow's milk or packaged milk.

Helo Syed for sure breastmilk is healthy for baby. Breastmilk have the ability to change according to the needs of growing baby. Breastmilk is secreting only to meet the purpose of your baby alone whereas formula and other milk are universe its for all the babies. Try to give breastmilk for baby to the maximum. If there is any problems in lactation or secretion you can consult a lactation counsellor as well. Breastmilk have 40%fat and 60%water which is easily digestable for the baby and there will be no stomach problems.
