Hi Manindr ! It could be due to hormonal changes during pregnancy. Use hot packs on joints and restrict movement. if pain is unbearable consult with yr doctor. He would advise u safe medicine during pregnancy.

Hi Manindr Water weight gain causes carpal tunnel syndrome, which causes  pain  and tingling in the fingers. ... And this is normal physical changes during pregnancy

Hello Manindr its normal to have joint pain this is because increase in your weight and pressure on the knees. I too faced this during my pregnancy. If this is bearable leave it and try to avoid too many medicines during pregnancy which will be better. You wont have this pain for long days. You can put hot packs in joints it really gives a good relief instantly and worked well for me. Dont stand for too long. If you are going for walking walk for 10mins take rest for 5 mins then again walk. Even doing milld excercise also helps. If blood flow is not proper then also there is chance for joint pains and excercise helps in giving strength for your muscle. When you are sitting also make sure you sit properly if posture is not correct also means you will have pain because of entire pressure putting in the muscles and joints
